Selene, the luminous Greek Goddess of the moon, inspires our award winning signature restaurant. This sumptuous dining experience begins with a memorable menu, designed by multi-award winning chef Greg Malouf of MoMo to suit the Broome climate and the fresh produce of the region.
The menu delights the senses with the exotic flavours of the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean, while our signature dish at pearl harvest time – spiced sautéed pearl meat – pays homage to Broome’s rich pearling heritage. Another speciality is our ‘Spice Journey’, which offers an exciting selection of shared dishes.
At SELENE Brasserie, an ambience of understated elegance is enhanced by original artwork and handpicked decor that reflect the colours and beauty of the Broome landscape.
