To dine at Selene is to experience a culinary spice journey that stretches from the Middle East to North Africa and Europe - infused with a touch of the Kimberley. Our signature dish – spiced sautéed pearl meat – respects Broome’s rich pearling heritage.

BRIZO Pool Bar and Café
Brizo, the Greek Goddess who protected sailors and fisherman was worshipped by the women of Delos who sent her food offerings in small boats. Brizo inspires our al fresco pool bar and café which looks onto the cascading water feature and landscaped gardens of the resort’s Maxima Pool. The Mediterranean-inspired signature menu is designed by multi-award winning chef Greg Malouf of Mo Mo Restaurant and is created by our Executive Chef from the finest seasonal produce.

Nyx Bar
Nyx, the Greek Goddess of the night stood at or near the beginning of creation and inspires our intimate cocktail bar. Here, the mixology reflects the mythology with cocktail creations for all moods and occasions. Nyx Bar is a sensory journey of fine wine, hors d’oeuvres, liqueurs, cigars and chocolates.
